No Sew Zone

Things have been a little slow on the sewing front lately ... could be the cold weather creeping into my bones.

Eariler this week we lit our first fire for the winter.

Look who knows the best place to sleep away the day.

I did manage to make some cream hexies for pathways so perhaps by Wednesday I will have something to share.

Have an enjoyable weekend.

  1. Lucky puss having a fire to sleep by. I need one here in Ipswich. :) Though if i had one my 3 fur babies would hog it. lol Happy Stitching,

  2. It certainly has caught us by surprise too. Looks like we will have a proper winter this year!

  3. It has been chilly hasn't it?! We have our fire going too.

  4. cold here in queensland..... feels too early.....

  5. We've had 3 frosts here so far, the cold is taking a little to get used to. Perhaps an earlier winter?

I am envious of the fire though.... LOL

  6. There's nothing quite as heartwarming as a fire. We have had ours on here in Qld...... believe it or not.

  7. Your fire looks very inviting and Fleur looks very comfortable :)

  8. That fire looks so warm and inviting Narelle ,yes our winter is here, lol.

  9. Oh yes Narelle, we lit our fire for the first time in this last week too.
Sooo cold and snow at the farm last week :O!!
Stay warm and enjoy your fire and your sewing whenever you get to it xx
