One Flower Wednesday
Last night while watching TV, I basted some more green leaf hexies. I have enough here to join to 10 more flowers.
UFO Thursday
My first UFO was a very quick one. I'd started this bag before Christmas as a gift but needed some ric rac to finish off. Flood waters made getting to town difficult but we've managed once and I've been able to finish it off. It's now wrapped and waiting to be delivered when it's possible.
You have made great progress in the hexies and I love the bag you made , really sweet .Keep safe and I am thinking about you .hugs Sheila
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely bag, congratulations, 1 down. What's next on the agenda. My turn now.
ReplyDeleteYou bag is beautiful. Love it very cute.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing, Carolyn
gorgeous finish. I love the big button on the bag.
ReplyDeleteAll those leaves should encourage you to put some hexies together.
Have you noticed that your completed for jan 2010 and jan 2011 both items were purple?
A very productive evening making leaves and what a great bag!!
ReplyDeleteLovely pathway for your flowers ,,I am finding the pathway more difficult to focus on than the flowe4rs..what about you? Your bag is gorgeous,,,Congratulations..Continuing to think about you and your fellow Queenslanders at this horrific time...Take care Stay Safe Kate xx

What a pretty green pathway! I should work on my pathway a little inbetween sewing the hexies...I keep saying that but it doesn't seem to happen.
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet bag! that was a fun UFO to finish I think.
ReplyDeleteAnd I like the green fabrics for your hexa flowers.
Your green leaves look great amongst your hexie-flowers (I scrolled down to look at a previous post). Keeping up with the prepared hexies is something I have real trouble with!! Your completed bag is lovely - well done on finishing it.
