Simply Sunday

Sunday .... Sunshine .... Soup .... Sewing?

A crisp Sunday, the sun is shining beautifully and I have the day at home.

Sheets and towels flapping on the line.

Chicken and vege soup in the slow cooker.

Loaf of bread in the bread maker.

Lots to do but I'm sure I can squeeze in some sewing somewhere ...
what simple things make your day shine?

  3. Completely different weather here in NZ, wet raining & windy! The fire is going, spaghetti bolognaise for dinner. Your soup looks like it will be tasty

  6. our days started the same, there was sun and while it lasted I got loads of washing done. Don't think it is going to last for us? Loving the soup weather though.

  9. Oh wow....I'm coming to dinner! :-)

I took the dog out for his daily afternoon walk, then sat out on my back deck with a cup of coffee, some cheese bread and red grapes, and watched seagulls and an eagle soaring around up high in the sky.
Planted my one and only tomato plant, then pulled weeds in my vegetable garden.
